What is your favorite advanced stat in the game?

I am looking at the advanced stats and realized I don't really know which ones are good or bad and do not use them when setting my depth chart. Do any of you use these to determine how many minutes you give to a player/change starters?

I really like Points allowed per shots faced on defense. This is under Miscellaneous stats.
For advanced stats I like rebound percentage.
I generally like to win with rebounding and defense if possible.
