Postseason jitters?

Postseason jitters?

My team tends to do horrific in the post-season. I'm about 9 years in as a coach and I think I've won 2 conference games ever and have not won any tournament games (made 2). Granted I have played with lower tier teams, but lately, even when improved, we seem to lose games. Just now in the CIT I lose to Texas Rio-Grande, a 15-15 #7 seed, despite being at home and having finished the year 18-13 (#2 seed). Do players have postseason nerves or some hidden variable I'm missing? It's incredibly frustrating to lose all the time in the post-season to the point where it is becoming, "gee, I hope we can win a conference game."

Having read your dynasty reports, your team is improving and you're now getting some pretty good recruits...so I think it's a matter of time (and a little luck).
