Go to ALMANAC > SCHOOLS
As you look through the list, those schools on probation will have a small red skull & crossbones icon behind their school name...hover your cursor over the icon and the punishment and length remaining will popup.

Believe in the latest version it also displays on the Dashboard page of each team...within the Teams News area at the top.

Good point! That's a very recent addition to CB21 that I'd forgotten about.
And if you're in the coach hiring phase, on the list of schools for that have jobs available there will be an indication if any of those schools are on probation.

one season in and Louisville (AI Controlled) is already on probation .... very realistic!!! LOL
