College Mod 21 STEAM!

Added an installer to College Mod 21 for Steam user installs. This will install to the default location for Steam. If you changed your Steam install you will need to adjust the install location accordingly. The Steam version is located at the bottom of the first post. Please download the instructions to understand how to use the mod please if you have not done so.
