Does any one have this substitution issue?

Unless I set the game to pause at all stops, when I try to do preemptive substitutions I cant get them to stick in 2d Gameplay. Instead what happens is it wont let me sub players at all.

Unless I misunderstand your issue that is correct. You can only make substitutions at clock stoppage, so unless you use pause at all stops the game will just continue, so it really never stops. If you don't want to pause there is an option to auto sub.

ahhhhh that it Auto sub I need to tick that off! I need to look for it lol

It's in the 2D Screen under "Options" Just below the Time Clock.
