Importing Question

Hey all,

I posted this in the mod forum, but I assume more people are looking here. I imported my DDSCB20 save into 21 and while the game loaded fine, none of the mods I loaded came with it. I have tried using the mod for importing 20 to 21 that's posted, but the instructions page won't load so I am not entirely sure what I am doing wrong. Just looking for any suggestions as to what I can try, thanks in advance!

Thanks, Changed the link over in the mods section as I think some Windows 10 users and certain Anti-virus programs did not like the other link.
