Not sure if anyone would be interested but I made a association save with the College Mod and set up this years NCAA Tournament in Tournament Maker. It's not made to play an Association it's only to be able to use the Tournament Maker of the game to load a pre-made 2021 NCAA Tournament to play out with the teams setup as the real tournament now that the first four have been played out. All teams in their correct Bracket location. Its fairly large download as you need the Association save for it to work. If there is interest I'll post it.
