Tournament Home vs. Away Games

I see playing at home versus away during the season, but in tournaments as well....isnt it usually a neutral site? Does this affect outcomes of games??

Tournament games are played as neutral sites in DDSCB.

Yes the home - away is same as in the real tournament home wears white and away wears color jerseys.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've seen locations in tournaments as my home court...or at the away teams court.

Yeah, it shows a location but runs the game as a neutral site.

As Pointguard said plays as a neutral site. And some Conference Tournaments are at a team site, don't remember which conferences and same for some other tournaments until the Finals but would have to look them up. CBI Tournament is one I remember.
