Two versions ago I thought that the mercurial nature of the players was too much, but the game was prescient, it's pretty much on point now.

I have also had two freshman at the same position have some teammate relationship issues. It can work out if they are both friendly. I think it is very important to have no disruptive players and as few not friendly players as possible. If a player has a good personality the teammate relationships naturally tends to increase over time. I think A player with a good personality can also sometimes be okay with less playing time compared to their expectations.
