Tournaments page

When clicking on the "Tournaments" link on the left sidebar, we can see the info on all the preseason and postseason tournaments. When clicking on any of the tournaments (images or text), we cannot see anything but the image of the trophy gif changing. I would maybe link somewhere from there to the actual tournament tree so we can see the results and how that tournament played out. Otherwise, we have to go to "Play/Sim" then select the "Games Grid" to see those results. It is a bit unintuitive.

Also, I would add all the conference tournaments to that same "Tournaments" page since they fit the description as well. Then it would be easy to see when they all are and how they played out, which is cool come MMadness.

Just a couple of small suggestions.
