Recruiting for a Beginner

I'm new to College Basketball and as such not well versed in recruiting.

I've got the basic premise but are there any resources out there which walk someone through the importance of each action/stage of the recruitment process in the game?

I understand the side of it as in recruit local first etc but it's more the total cycle and how best to handle that which I am after advice on.

If anyone has any guidance or can point me in the direction of a resource that would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Dig through the forums and you’ll find some help but Cards from GM Games has a nice journeyman save that’s at almost 10 seasons. He’s great about talking through is thinking and starts at a small school. https://youtu.be/2-4fIPibLl0

Also take a look at the "Moving through the Season/Recruiting" section of the Quick Guide for DDSCB:2021 that is available by going to hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the game screen, click on HELP, then click on HELP GUIDE.
