I had something odd happen while attempting to land a new job.

Finally after 13 years, the school I marked as my dream job was available.

I applied…and again…and again…20 times until there were zero other schools available. It wasn’t that someone else took the job or I wasn’t qualified….I just refused to sign me!

I eventually gave up and progressed to the next season

When you apply to a school they either hire you or turn you down. Whatever they do the first time, they will do every time during that hiring cycle. If they turned you down it was because you came up short of what they were looking for, maybe in overall rating, maybe in academics, maybe in more than one area.

So if it is academics…how would I increase my coaches level.

I should definitely cover the prestige and any other part of the resume

It’s part of the profile set up at league creation, you may have to go to commissioner mode and edit the coach.

Okay so I legit need to change my coach to push academics.

I was wondering if I needed a better player GPA or something. I’ll try it thanks
