I was just thinking it might be cool to have additional coach traits. Maybe similar to how the players do…or maybe more specific.

Something like…”players coach” that maybe increases a players happiness faster.
Or “Outside shooting specialist” to increase a players shooting maybe even a little outside their ratings
Full court press expert…etc
Maybe for recruiting a coach could have a pipeline to a state or city locked in…separate from the main pipeline chart a head coach gets.
