I have had this issue multiple times. Usually when I join a new team. But I’ll have no ratings for any of the team.

In my second season at Kansas for 2nd assistant all my incoming freshman have no ratings. Is there any way to fix it?

Haven't ever seen this myself in my game play of CB2021 but I never play as an assistant coach. But I have seen this reported on here once before. For that one, Gary asked to have the game files sent to him via a support ticket...so suggest you do the same.
