Is create a player available?

There isn't an option for this, because the game is specifically set up to handle only the rosters of the 357 teams. AKA there's no Free-Agent pool or ability to add players to a roster mid-season. If you do want to create a specific player, you must be able to login as Commissioner and then go to Edit Players/Recruits on the Main Office Page. You'll have to find the team you want to add that player to and then just edit an existing player (probably an undesirable one). Just alter the ratings and info so that it's to your choosing. That's about all you can do. You can create a player in the Pro Game.
