Recruiting Location - Mod

If I change a team in the database from TX to FL, what else do I need to change to have Location move? I changed Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX) to a Tampa, FL location. When I try to recruit though, it thinks I'm in TX still. How do I fix that?
