the title is literally the question but I ask because I always leave them on the call list just in case and the only time I have players not sign the LOI is when they are going to fail to get a good enough SAT which is also a little too accurate and foretelling, so it may be something to reevaluate in future editions.

And yes, the signing of LOI's only by recruits who will have satisfactory SAT scores is too revealing. This has been put on the suggestions list requesting that all recruits giving verbals then sign LOI"s. Then when Jan 28 comes around, the scholarship offers for the ones that have deficient SAT's would be cancelled. I hope its a suggestion that is implemented.
