Draft Team Recap Always Blank

During and after the draft, this report from the draft screen never shows any players.

I'm not able to recreate this... so either I already fixed it or there is some scenario or steps I'm missing.

I simply run draft and bring up, it’s blank

initial draft? or offseason draft?

After the first season as I start with assigned players to real rosters
