QOL request - financials

A small QOL request - could we have all fianncials use commas to separate the digits? Would help a lot when entering at start of a game or editing salary caps etc later down the line. Especially now we are in dark UI.

No plans for this. Easier to keep them as numbers than having to parse multiple regions that may handle commas differently.
