Although I know the financials aren't meant to exactly mirror the NFL, I often see offensive/defensive coordinators make a lot more money than the head coach. Below is one example, but I see this all the time with teams that are generated. From what I can tell in real life, typically your coordinators will be paid less then the lowest paid coach in the league, although I am sure there are exceptions at times. Within the game, seems too regular.
