Roster Management - changing colors

When making cuts on the roster management screen, it's hard to tell what player is highlighted because everything is so dark. Maybe a brighter highlight on the selected player can be an easy fix. And also a pop-up asking if the user is sure they want to cut the player could also be helpful.
