Suggestions: Draft & Free Agency

This post is to suggest some features that would make life in free agency and souting way easier.

- click through players: when clicking on a player in the scouting list (war room), it would be great to just click through the players instead of closing the window and reopening the window of the next player. It's already integrated for free agency, please add it for drafting.

- search by personality: please add a filter in free agency and for scouted players where we could filter by personality. For example, when I want to look for players with high work ethic, it's easier to just filter players for that instead of clicking through hundrets of players to look for someone who has the personality you want to. In Free Agency you can already filter by different skills, so why not for the personality?

- scouting grades: in addition to searching by personality, it would be also super helpful to directly see the coaches grades in the scouting player list. With that, you could more easily order by the highest grade during the draft to see which might be the best player on the board according to your coaches
