In the "League Settings" menu that when I click into "View Custom Overall Settings" under the "Advanced Settings" tab, if I click into one of the other tabs before clicking the close button, the "Save Settings" disappears. If you go back into the custom overall tab and then click out it fixes the issue.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I figured I'd report it, just bought the game the other day and as a big football fan I am very impressed with the product so far!
