Salary Cap Calculation

When releasing a player, their salary is not retained against the Cap. On Advancing the week, the released players salary is added back into your available Team Cap Status. As one of the main features of this game is around Roster Management it is a necessity you cannot just release 'bad' contracts without retaining that salary against your Cap.

It would be great if a fix can be put in place to prioritise this before full release; particularly as one of this year's new features is improved financials.

I think it's working immediately (not waiting for the next week) but I tweaked it so the header refreshes on release.
