Save Error Occurs Frequently

Through testing with various save files, since the latest patch for 22 was released, getting a lot of errors as copied below. This happens at various times with numerous save files but seems to be tied to the latest update.

Start of error message is "System. InvalidOperationException: Duplicate field-number detected; 30 on: DDSPF.Libraries.GamePlan
at ProtoBuf.Serializers.TypeSerializer..ctor

We fixed this in an earlier build. Make sure you are on the latest build... you may need to create a new save if the save you created with the broken build causes issues.
