How does AI handle injury designations?

Based on playing other games and watching real life I'm assuming the following:

AI will play Probable players
AI will not play Out (obviously) and Doubtful players

However how does AI handle players listed as Questionable?

They'd have to get lucky in order to be ready to play. The AI won't play them if they're still injured, so they have to get good rolls to make that kind of jump in one week.
