Can player's OVR be set to max 99 instead of 100 ?

I was wondering if there is an option to prevent player's overall ranking going to 100 ? I'd prefer 99 as maximum.

You'd have to tinker with the custom OVR calculations in settings to see if you can get your max to be 99. There isn't a separate setting for this kind of thing.
