Scroll Wheel in game broken

Hey Devs, It is me again and I found a bug that makes the game pretty unplayable and kills user immersion. When trying to scroll in game this happens and a video is the only way I can accurately show you what is happening

looks like your CTRL key is stuck?

Yea either holding control or holding the middle scroll wheel down will trigger a "zoom" command.
