The game comes up with an error when I try to start a New League plainly stating that an error has occurred. Each time the creation progress bar gets to the Migrating Data then errors out. A new folder for each league is created, but nothing is inside of them.

I have tried Sandbox mode, New Career, and both end in the same error.

I deleted the %localappdata%, I have run in administration mode, and still the same results.

Any advice on how I can fix this problem?

Normally this is due to something (firewall, internet security programs, onedrive, etc.) blocking your game folders or save game folders.
