Staff Hire

Not sure if this is a bug or maybe a slightly undeveloped code but I noticed in the league I run that I hired a DC in round 1 of Staff Hire. Also, another team hired a OC in round one. The next round, a team stole the brand new hire from me, while the OC that was just hired from another team retired. So I’m not sure if it’s too much randomness or what. In my head, if those two guys were literally just hired. I don’t think my DC would leave to go to another team. Especially since I just won our Championship, and I do t think the new hired OC would retire in the next round of signings.
