I am entering a new season and are at the RFA stage 1 and can't figure out what needs to be done. There is no RFA report when I click the respective button or there are also no RFAs showing when I click on "Bid on RFA".
Anybody figured out how this works, please let me know.

I have the same question. I cannot figure out how RFA works...how to apply it to one of my players. I can apply the franchise tag, but how do I apply a tender to a player who's contract is about to expire?

RFA is really just for online or sandbox leagues. For career leagues the AI doesn't know what to do with them. When you go in to do contract extensions if a player meets the RFA criteria you can tender them on that screen. Then in RFA1 teams have a chance to offer them, and RFA2 is where the original team decides to match the offer or accept the tender.
