Newbie Questions

I just downloaded the demo to try the game but I have a few questions

1) How do I start a league so players are on their actual teams and not assigned through a draft?
2) What is the difference on the user type: local or global?
3) How do I delete a created league?
4) where do I find the mods for created rosters?

1. When you start there is a roster start option to either use the draft or assign to team. You want assign to team.
2. Just use the defaults... it affects certain actions you can take as coach or GM
3. click on load league and there is a button to delete the selected league
