There are further tweaks to the regression in the build I just added including altering player durability as he begins to age which I think was a needed addition as well - this should allow more players to continue to be talented players later in their career but instead of being slowed down by a drop in ratings they will be less durable instead in some cases.

I only could start 1 or 2 years later, with 30 is a bit early imo.
