Does anyone know of a good site that explains NBA contracts. Right now, I'm trying to figure out why I can't offer extension to Zack LaVine. I've played around 20 games in first season. He's on the last year of his contract which seems like a good time to offer extension. Obviously there is a reason but I have no idea what it is.

Now let me forewarn you there is a LOT there and the game does not use everything (otherwise it would be a full time job managing your cap)

With Lavine in particular he should be eligible for an extension but I ran a test and see that he is not coming up for one so its probably something wrong in the creation code when it looks them over at first. I will check it out and fix it for new leagues going forward in the next build
