Custom Mod Database Templates

Here are some templates you can use to create either roster files or draft classes for DDS:PB22 (and beyond). All files can be opened and edited with SQLite Studio

Roster Templates
Custom Roster Template (Ratings Version)

This allows you to create a custom roster simply by filling in the appropriate stat columns along with biographical information and the game will generate ratings.

Custom Roster Template (Stats Version)

This allows you to create a custom roster by creating ratings for each player.

Both templates contain tables for nonplayers, players, teams and uniqueIDs (do not edit the Roster Type table). The format the game uses for creating IDs is the first four letters of last name, first two of first name and then ## for the number of times that combination appears. So if you had Jason Smith and Jack Smith those uniqueIDs should be smitja01 and smitja02. Be sure to reference them correctly in the uniqueID table and the players table. For the teams you will use the Teams30 table unless you are creating a smaller league size (which the game can accept). If so copy that table and rename it Teams## for whatever size league you are creating. Make sure the CoachID columns on the team tables correspond to the proper NonplayerID from the nonplayers table.

Draft Class Template
Draft Class Template

When you create a template here using this file you will have to copy it and rename it to PBDraft.rkf in order to use it in the game and that file goes in the app/disk/saves/yourleaguename folder. In order to be imported the filename in the folder must always be PBDraft.rkf so when you download this file it will be called PBDraft.db and then you can copy that, edit it and rename it for your own safekeeping or sharing or if you want to create files for particular years or whatever. So if you recreate the 2003 draft class and call the file Draft2003.db then when you want to use that particular one you copy it to the right folder and rename it PBDraft.rkf and then use the import option in the game to bring that class in.
