"coach hiring" screen suggestions

1) Give the" personality type" spider grid to coaches. Right now, all the coaches have is the label. If I understand the system, each personality type will have roughly the same grid? It would be nice to see the grid.
2) In the "personality" column, can you put the personality type instead of "very low" to "very high"?

For Coach Hiring in general is it possible ot have the following:

- Potential to adjust coach contracts after league start?
- Set coach/training budgets for each team?

The coaches do not have the other items which make up the "spider grid" - they do not have ratings for play for winner, playing time etc... so it would not match up to anything.

I should probably reword what personality is there to so as to not confuse it with the personality system

Changing the coach contracts or budgets would go against the idea of challenge mode because the challenge is to work with what your ownership gives you. It might be something I could open up in sandbox play but I would not change it in challenge play
