Can't start game

I've posted in the firstaccess forums to no avail. I can;t get images to load on my start screen. I can't even unlicense to use on a different PC. Can you please help deactivate the license so I can try on a different computer? I tried to submit a ticket but can't seem to get past the recaptcha no matter how many times I try

Look on your computer for the following path. C:\Users\[whatever your username is]\AppData\Local\AlchemiumUnlimited

In that folder you will find a folder for the game. Delete that folder. Then reboot the computer and try playing the game again.
