Two-way contracts bug? (playing as GM only)

I have two 2-way guys on my team. PG played on my D-league team last year, PF was a 2nd-round pick I signed to a 2-way in July.
During training camp, neither was available to assign training. Afterwards, PG had development/ratings changes as normal. PF had none at all (his Ratings Progression for the current season is blank as if he has no ratings at all).
During the D-League Assign phase neither is available on the depth chart for my parent team OR D-League team. (I assigned another prospect to the D-League, he appeared on the Depth Chart screen immediately).
On the Roster screen neither is available to Assign to D-League OR Recall from D-League. But they can both be released if I want to do that, yay.

Am I missing something here?
