Congratulations on a great simulation. I submitted a ticket along with my game files a few days ago and I wanted to check on the status.
I tried to signup for an account and it said the email was already taken. I went to the login and said I forgot my pw and it said "I was not authorized to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator."
How can I reset my pw or otherwise check on ticket status?
