"Importing" ongoing saves from older versions ?

I haven't seen such in the older version, but might just missed it.
It would be nice to do this, it's possible in the basketball versions, but maybe the structure of this game is more changed version to version.
Still I would love to see this if it's not already hidden somewhere. Since the present game having no "old" history on coaches and teams it would make a longer history if able to just buy a new version and keep going with your save. Even more tempted to buy newer versions.
