When offered a job by another team, can there be some sort of comparison for current team versus offering team(s)? I dont want to go from a 60 prestige to a 50. Or maybe be able to review rosters for offering teams and see incoming recruit classes. Money is a motivating factor in real life, but on here your high salary leaves you with minimal budget dollars. so maybe have teams say, "Georgia (insert prestige # here) is offering you a 3 year contract worth 3 million to be there next head coach" or something difernt other than a drop down box.

I was hoping this was going to be one area there would be some immersion added.
I'm still not seeing a lot on the changes to convince me to move to 22.
In 21 I always just ignore job offers because there's just a list of teams. I guess I'm supposed to know everything about every team and just go by the name. I also wish more information was given or better yet make it a real immersive feature like it is in Football Manager. Right now it does not feel part of game immersion just a bolt-on feature that's not fleshed out. It's really disheartening to hear this has not been improved in 22.

Brooks, would really like to see prestige of offering teams for job offers at end of season. More information would make it more life like (Immersive word) Also said I was an "internal hire" for previous job when i took new one

Yeah agree with above comments. Getting job offers is an area where immersion would be improved with more info given on job offers e.g.

Prestige: 85
Expectations: 10+ Wins
Reach Playoffs
Top 10 recruiting class

Maybe also the team's record for the previous season or few seasons, so the player knows how bad it's been for them.
