Should the latest build still show 6.0.0? I thought I downloaded correctly but my version didn't change.

Regardless if the version changed, if you want to confirm you have the latest, the "Option to disable W/L tracking for coordinators" was included, which you can find in the Options screen. If there, you have the latest. Certainly the version number should be accurate but at least this can confirm it for you until then.

Yea, we keep it at 6.0.0 until we launch first access. Normally I put a build number on there but I just missed it this time around.
