Would it be possible for the AI head coaches to differ to their coordinators play calling and game plan if the head coach’s ratings are inferior in a specific area?

For example, a head coach who is a defensive specialist may call and game plan for the defense but the offensive coordinator who’s offensive ratings are higher may gameplan and call plays for the offensive and vice versa.
