transfer frequency?

Curious if we could get a slider to increase transfer frequency?

I bring this up because in game i tend to see around 300 players transfer each season. In college football in 2021 there were about 1600 players in the transfer portal. 2022 was about the same. Even if we split the difference and could get to 800 or so it would be a vast improvement. I feel too many players, especially talented QBs end up staying on rosters where they barely don't get the nod. I'd think far more of them would look for playing time elsewhere.

In my seasons so far, I have never seen the total transfers around 300, typically have seen between 500-700. Last 5 seasons were: 707, 538,517, 521, 550.

But with that said, if you said the real life numbers are around 1600, then even my numbers would be considered low and looks like something for the developer to possibly look into.
