Coach Pipelines
Coaches now come with pipelines, meaning states where they have connections. Each pipeline gives bonus to recruiting players from that state. The number of pipelines a coach comes with is based on his reputation at genesis, and will not change. In addition coaches have a home state, which also acts as a pipeline bonus.

Coach Pipelines stack, so if you have two coaches with pipelines to the same state, the bonuses stack.

Dynamic (team) Pipelines
If in a season you sign 25% or more of your scholarships from one state (that is not your homestate), your team gets a pipeline to that state for the next season. After one season this pipeline is lost again (unless you sign 25% from that state again).

Important Only the trait of your headcoach has any effect.

Coaches with no trait may gain traits as part of their coach progression (at the end of every season). You will be notified in a mail if this happens. Once a coach has a trait, this will not change.
