So I just finished playing my first week of season 2 and out of curiosity looked at the PPG stats. Not sure what it means but it was a fun exercise.

My manually played game, Kent (my team) beat Missouri 65-59 (OT)

I then simulated the remaining games of the week and the overall results were:

15 teams scored 50 or more points.

13 teams scored 40 - 49 points

20 teams scored 30 - 39 points

32 teams scored 20 - 29 points

28 teams scored 10 - 19 points

And only 11 teams scored less than 10 points. (UAB were the only team to register 0 points) and they lost to Louisville 40-0.

Oregan were the highest scoring team beating Eastern Michigan 83-6

To be clear on my chart, its based on a seasons worth of data, not individual week. PPG stats is based more on total games for a year, versus just single weeks as those will be variable. Always will have some highs and lows......
