recruits changing high school and home state after commit

Since coming out of first access today, I have noticed that recruits are changing high schools and even home states after I get a commit from them. This could definitely affect the new pipeline system. I have had recruits be from IL until commit, then suddenly TN after. Or MN to VA. Or even RI to IN. Weird. Did not happen in any First Access builds.
Just seemed like something to look into.
