Redshirting

I feel stupid, but I have looked everywhere and I cannot figure out how to redshirt players.

AFTER The training Camp Stage is Redshirting. Just click on the player you want to redshirt and on the right of his card you will see the option to Redshirt next to release player. But it is only there during the Redshirting Stage.
