How to invite my friend to my online league?

I set up an online league but can't figure out how to invite my friend. It seems like it would want me to send him a url or something, but I'm not sure where I'd find that.

Typically for an online league you'd just send him the league url to the .bin file and they can download from there as you publish sims.
