So I installed the college mod listed above, and I followed instructions. But none of the logo's will load. Somebody help?

Suggest you download the FULL mod again and then re-install it.

Make sure it installs on your computer where your game is installed.

Another question, for some reason when I was cleaning my computer, it deleted the Wolverine Studios file, is there any way I can get it back? (I have the Steam version)

Have you contacted Steam about that? And have you first checked to see if the Wolverine file has been placed in quarantine instead of being outright deleted?
